Regular: Persons associated with an approved chapter.

Member-At-Large: National affiliation with no chapter membership. At-Large members are afforded the same privileges as Regular members.

Sustaining: Open to any person, association, institution or company wishing to further WIM goals through financial support. If you are involved in mining, representing, legislating for, or regulating the mineral resource industries, or if you have an interest in learning more about the mining industry, WOMEN IN MINING can provide a greater understanding of the industry and the contributions it makes to the nation and our way of life.

Honors: Past and present members of WIM, who have a minimum of two (2) years' membership, who have given outstanding service to the National Organization are eligible to be nominated for the Distinguished Service Award.
